Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns or issue refunds for used or opened merchandise. We are happy to discuss any concerns or questions you might have regarding any of our products before you purchase so you can make an informed decision.
If you need to return an unused purchase, you may do so at your cost within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns will not be accepted after the 7th day of receipt.
Please securely pack the products you would like to return and send them to the address below via FedEx, UPS or other insured courier for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Gina Marí Skincare is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address and Gina Marí Skincare order number.

Refunds are processed within 5 days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays. We will refund the method of payment you used for the original purchase. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
