Shipping + Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update. Orders are processed within two business days; should it take longer, we will contact you via email. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California and ship via USPS Priority Mail which generally takes between 1-3 days depending on where you live.

Once your order is processed, we are unable to make any modifications. We will try our best to assist you, but we cannot issue replacement parcels for this reason. Upon check out, please confirm your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.

International Shipping
Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to offer international shipping.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns or issue refunds for used or opened merchandise. We are happy to discuss any concerns or questions you might have regarding any of our products before you purchase so you can make an informed decision.

If you need to return an unused purchase, you may do so at your cost within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns will not be accepted after the 7th day of receipt.

Please securely pack the products you would like to return and send them to the address below via FedEx, UPS or other insured courier for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Gina Marí Skincare is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address and Gina Marí Skincare order number.

Refunds are processed within 5 days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays. We will refund the method of payment you used for the original purchase. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
